Project Approval and Revisions
- Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving work carefully.
- Once a design is approved, we are not responsible for errors identified later.
- Revision limits will be defined at the start of the project. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Clear communication during the design process helps avoid delays and additional costs.
Pricing
Pricing may vary depending on project scope, customisation, and urgency.
Printing Services
- Clients are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully before final approval.
- Once printing is approved and processed, it cannot be cancelled.
- Full payment or agreed advance must be made before printing begins. Production timelines start only after payment confirmation and artwork approval.
- Final print files may be archived for a limited period. Clients are advised to maintain their own backups.
- Refunds or reprints will not be provided for approved artwork errors, minor colour variations, or changes requested after production has started.
Minor colour variations may occur due to differences in screen displays, lighting conditions, material surfaces, ink absorption, and the printing process. Such variations are industry standard and will not be considered defects or grounds for reprint or refund.
Payments and Refunds
- Payment terms will be communicated before starting the project.
- A deposit may be required before work begins.
- Final files may be delivered only after full payment is received.
Due to the nature of creative services, refunds are generally not provided once work has started. Refund decisions, if any, are made at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
- Upon full payment, the final approved design files are transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure that any materials provided (logos, images, text, fonts, etc.) do not infringe on third-party rights. We are not responsible for copyright issues arising from materials supplied by the client.
Third Party Assets
If a project requires third-party fonts, stock images, or other licensed materials:
- Licensing costs may be billed separately
- The client is responsible for maintaining proper licenses where required
Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide high-quality services. However:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for business losses resulting from delays, errors, or use of final designs
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
